Qualifikationen

• 2 years of supervisory experience leading a maintenance team.
• Experience in hotel, apartment, hospital maintenance/engineering.
• Excellent customer service and computer skills.
• Ability to create a team, mentor, and train a team.
• Extensive knowledge of plumbing systems, appliances, water heaters, chillers/boilers, and HVAC.
• Proven track record managing a preventative maintenance program and capital projects.

TheMaintenance Supervisor'sresponsibilities will include:
