Village Green in Franklin, IN is seeking a Maintenance Manager to supervise maintenance staff, assign work orders, and ensure timely completion of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical requests. You will mentor technicians, participate in interviews, and help prepare annual budgets.

A strong focus on safety, quality, and customer service is essential. Qualified candidates have 2+ years of supervisory maintenance experience in hotels, apartments, or healthcare settings, with knowledge of plumbing, HVAC

Responsabilidades

• Mentor and train new and existing maintenance staff.
• Assist in interviewing and selection of new maintenance team members.
• Provide monthly energy management recommendations.
• Identify capital improvements and obtain estimates/bids.
• Assist in budget preparation for maintenance expenses.

Job Description

TheMaintenance Manager'sresponsibilities will include:

• Daily supervision of Maintenance staff members, including delegation of work orders, special projects, and time management techniques
• Inspection and oversight of existing and completed work orders
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and all other service requests
• Mentoring and training new and existing maintenance staff members
• Involvement with interviewing and selection of new maintenance team members
• Provides written monthly energy management recommendations for the building
• Identifies capital improvements and obtains required estimates/bids
• Assists in budget preparation for maintenance expenses

Qualifications

• Experience inhotel, apartment, hospital maintenance/engineering, with 2 years of supervisory experience leading a team.
• Extensive knowledge of plumbing systems, appliances, water heaters, chillers/boilers, and H.V.A.C.or EPA Universal Certification.
• Excellent customer service and computer skills.
• Ability to create a team, mentor, and train a team
• Proven track record managing a preventative maintenance program and experience with capital projects.
