Village Green is seeking a Maintenance Service Manager to oversee the maintenance department at our apartment community. You will supervise maintenance staff, delegate work orders, and ensure timely, safe repairs.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in hotel, apartment, or hospital maintenance with at least 2 years in a supervisory role, strong customer service and computer skills, and extensive knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, boilers, and related systems.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of experience in hotel, apartment, or hospital maintenance/engineering with 2 years supervisory experience leading a team.
• Excellent customer service and computer skills.
• Ability to create a team, mentor and train a team.
• Extensive knowledge of plumbing systems, appliances, water heaters, chillers/boilers, and HVAC. or EPA Universal Certification.
• Proven track record managing a preventative maintenance program and experience with capital projects.

• Oversee HVAC, boiler, plumbing, electrical, appliances and service requests.
• Mentor and train new and existing maintenance staff.

• Identify capital improvements and obtain estimates/bids.
• Assist in budget preparation for maintenance expenses.

Pay: $35.96/hour + quarterly bonuses up to 15%

Job Description

• Inspection and oversight of existing and completed work orders
• HVAC, Boiler, plumbing, electrical, appliance and all other service requests
• Mentoring and training new and existing maintenance staff members
