Job summary

LAZ Parking is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Hartford, CT. You will oversee janitorial and maintenance tasks for garages and surface lots, ensuring daily cleanliness and safe conditions.

Interface with customers, resolve disputes, and coordinate with multiple departments to maintain service quality. Requirements include experience in facility maintenance and customer relations, with a valid driver’s license preferred for vehicle operation.

Qualifications

• General facility maintenance experience.
• Experience in customer relations beneficial.
• Parking industry experience preferred but not required.
• May need a valid driver’s license to operate maintenance vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Trimming, pruning, planting, and mulching.
• Operate landscape equipment and tools.
• Line striping across lots and garages.
• Interior and exterior painting duties.
• Snow removal and winter upkeep for sidewalks and garages.
• Operate garage floor sweeper and scrubber to keep floors clean and safe.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
