Job summary

Greystar in Covington, GA is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee trades that keep the community clean, safe, and fully functional. You will handle resident service requests, diagnose issues, perform repairs, and complete the make-ready process for vacant homes, coordinating vendors and tracking supplies to meet Greystar standards.

This full-time role requires EPA certifications, a valid driver’s license, and strong customer service skills, plus on-call availability and basic budget

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or related training/experience.
• Proficiency in customer service and interpersonal communication.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively for internal/external contacts.
• EPA Type I/II or Universal certifications may be required for HVAC work.

Responsibilities

• Handle resident service requests and routine maintenance.
• Diagnose defects and perform repairs per policies and safety standards.
• Oversee make-ready process for vacant homes and coordinate vendors.
• Inspect work and ensure quality and compliance with codes and Greystar standards.
