Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in property maintenance and at least 1 year of supervisory experience, with EPA and CPO certifications preferred. The position offers a competitive compensation structure and benefits for full-time employees.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years prior property maintenance experience
• 1-year supervisory experience preferred
• EPA/CPO certifications required
• Strong knowledge of building operations, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and pool care

Responsibilities

• Manage on-site maintenance of The Leo Myrtle Beach
• Control maintenance expenses and support annual budget plan
• Evaluate and purchase supplies and equipment
• Schedule and perform preventive maintenance
• Respond to and complete work orders promptly
• Lead maintenance staff and coordinate with community manager
