Job summary

Qualifications

• At least five years of professional experience in property, building, or facilities maintenance.
• Previous supervisory, lead, or maintenance team leadership experience.
• Knowledge of drywall repair, painting, plumbing, basic electrical systems, HVAC diagnostics, and general building maintenance.
• Strong computer skills to manage work orders and records.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the daily activities of the maintenance team.
• Assist team with troubleshooting and determine solutions.
• Manage and update work orders in the maintenance system.
• Coordinate outside vendors for specialized repairs.
• Conduct routine inspections of buildings and grounds.
• Troubleshoot HVAC and determine when licensed vendors are required.
• Perform drywall, painting, plumbing, basic electrical work as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of fire safety, water mitigation, and emergency response procedures.
• Ensure the property is clean, safe, and well-maintained.
• Report safety concerns and major repair needs to management.
• Participate in after-hours emergencies as needed.
