Job summary

Asset Living in Kissimmee, FL is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead day-to-day maintenance operations at our multifamily communities. The role coordinates service requests, oversees staff and vendors, and ensures safety standards and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Must have on-site maintenance experience and knowledge of safety standards.
• Ability to perform all on-site software functions.
• Experience coordinating maintenance staff and contractors.
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements and EPA/OSHA standards is required.
• Fair Housing Laws knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance operations across the community.
• Schedule, respond to work orders, and manage vendor relations.
• Ensure repairs and preventative maintenance in units and common areas.
• Inspect grounds and buildings daily for hazards and safety.
• Maintain inventory and order supplies within budget.
• Participate in on-call emergency coverage as needed.
