Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years apartment maintenance experience.
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliance repair experience.
• HVAC and CFC certifications are a plus.
• Experience with split system HVAC units is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Maintain general apartment systems and fixtures.
• Assist with unit turnovers and repairs.
• Participate in after-hours on-call rotation.
• Oversee work performed by contractors.
