Job summary

StoneCreek Communities is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the Washington Quarters Apartments in Avon, IN. The role oversees maintenance, make-readies, preventative tasks, and daily property upkeep, coordinating with vendors and keeping safety standards. Competitive hourly pay and on-site housing discounts are offered.

You will manage work orders, inventory, and documentation, while supporting cost controls and safety training as part of a busy multi-family portfolio.

Qualifications

• EPA Universal certification required.
• 5+ years experience with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Experience with Entrata preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with general maintenance, repairs, make-readies, and preventative maintenance at one or more properties.
• Complete work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance tasks.
• Prepare vacant units for leasing by completing pre-move-out inspections and creating punch lists.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and materials to stay within budget.
• Coordinate with vendors/contractors and ensure safety compliance (OSHA and policies).
• Maintain grounds and common areas, assist with cleaning and painting as needed.
• Assist during hazardous weather and emergencies and document work properly.

Education

EPA Certification (Universal)

Experience 5+ yrs
