StoneCreek Communities is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician for the Avon, IN property. You will respond to resident work orders, perform preventative maintenance, and assist with make-ready tasks for new move-ins.

Required EPA certification (Universal or Type I & II); CPO preferred. You may be on-call and will join a team that values safety, quality workmanship, and resident satisfaction at StoneCreek.

Qualifications

• EPA Certification (Universal or Type I & II) is required.
• CPO certification is preferred.
• 2+ years of multi-family apartment maintenance experience, including HVAC.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance.
• Performs make-ready tasks to prepare vacant units for leasing.
• Tracks inventory and coordinates with the maintenance supervisor.
• Documents work and adheres to safety and compliance policies.
• Supports routine property inspections and on-call duties.
