Job summary

StoneCreek Communities is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance, make-readies, and preventive maintenance across our apartment communities. You will diagnose problems, perform repairs, and ensure safety standards are met while coordinating with vendors and managing inventory.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of maintenance experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role, EPA Universal Certification, and familiarity with Entrata.

Qualifications

• EPA Certification (Universal) is required.
• Experience: minimum 5+ years with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Ability to participate in on-call rotation.
• Entrata software experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, repairs, make-readies, preventive maintenance, and projects at one or more communities.
• Complete work orders from resident requests and document work.
• Prepare vacants and conduct pre-move-in inspections and punch lists; coordinate vendors.
• Manage inventory, materials, and stay within property budget; coordinate with vendors.
• Adhere to safety policies, OSHA training, and promptly report incidents; ensure quality workmanship.
• Assist with hazardous weather preparations and property upkeep as needed.
