Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain property according to company standards.
• Ensure service requests and repairs are completed correctly and promptly.
• Assist Maintenance Manager with organizing/service requests and maintenance tasks.
• Assist with turn-key operations and rent-ready units.
• Assist with supervising maintenance staff and contractors.
• Maintain inventory of supplies/tools and use standard PO system.
• Prepare staffing schedules within budget.
• Maintain a preventative maintenance program to minimize emergencies.
• Adhere to safety programs and promote safe practices.
• Keep grounds/areas neat and attractive.
• Snow removal for sidewalks/entrances and common areas.
• Be punctual and reliable.
