Avanti Residential is seeking a Service Manager to lead the maintenance team and oversee all maintenance requests, preventative tasks, and amenity area upkeep for the property. The role includes mentoring staff, managing inventory, coordinating with vendors, and partnering with the Community Manager to meet property goals in a hands-on, resident-focused environment.

You will handle after-hours emergencies, ensure timely repairs, and maintain a safe, welcoming community.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• EPA Type II or Universal Certification required.
• CPO certification preferred but not required.
• CAMT certification preferred but not required.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and up-to-date vehicle insurance required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead maintenance staff by setting directions, priorities, and schedules daily.
• Maintain, build, schedule, and complete a preventative maintenance program.
• Ensure units are ready for new move-ins with inspections and QC.
• Ensure maintenance work orders are completed promptly and safely.
• Provide 24-hour emergency maintenance coverage with on-call responsibilities.
• Demonstrate strong customer service and clear communication with residents, vendors, and team members.
