Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team at our properties. You will oversee daily tasks, schedule repairs, manage vendors, and ensure safety standards are met while keeping units ready for occupancy.

The role requires hands-on knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, plus strong communication and supervisory skills. We offer full-time hours, competitive hourly pay, benefits, and opportunities for advancement.

Competenze

• HVAC, plumbing, and electrical knowledge required.
• Ability to operate and maintain maintenance tools.

Mansioni

• Oversee daily maintenance tasks and scheduling.
• Assist in interviewing and training maintenance staff, housekeeping/custodial, and grounds personnel.
• Supervise and select vendor work and manage inventory of supplies.
• Ensure OSHA standards and safety policies are followed.
• Handle on-call service requests and 24-hour response.
