Requirements include 3-5 years of maintenance supervision experience, proficiency with Entrata and Happy Co, and strong leadership to guide a team and manage resident needs. On-call schedule and housing discount provided.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor.
• Proficiency with Entrata and Happy Co is preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and complete work orders from residents and perform routine upkeep.
• Oversee make-ready process for vacant units and schedule vendors.
• Maintain grounds, building exteriors, and common areas to Greystar standards.
• Inspect work for quality and safety; manage inventory and tools.
