Job summary

Apartment-Management-Consultants is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the property maintenance team, oversee upkeep and repairs of buildings and grounds, and ensure safety and compliance on site.

You will schedule daily tasks, train staff, manage vendors, handle inventory and tools, respond 24/7 to service requests, and work on a on-call basis as needed. Competitive hourly pay and full-time benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to operate hand tools and power tools.
• Self-motivated with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform and schedule daily maintenance tasks including prepping vacant units and preventative maintenance.
• Assist with interviewing and hiring of service staff in conjunction with the manager.
• Train service, custodial, and grounds personnel.
• Maintain work areas, tools, and equipment; ensure safety and OSHA compliance.
• Supervise vendor work and manage inventory and supplies.
• Respond to service requests 24/7 when on-call; manage snow/ice removal as needed.
