Qualifications

• Technical school or equivalent, High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum five years in maintenance or related field, two years supervising others preferred.
• EPA certification; CAMT/CPO certifications preferred.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship; valid driver's license preferred.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and willingness to work on an on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations for the property, including scheduling and completing preventive maintenance.
• Respond to customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Schedule preventive maintenance activities and update records.
• Hire, train, supervise, evaluate, and discipline direct reports including maintenance, grounds, and housekeeping staff.
• Ensure emergencies and disasters are appropriately addressed and after-hours calls are handled.
• Complete work orders within timeframes and prepare units for occupancy within five business days.
• Manage maintenance expenses and maintain stock and parts inventory.
