Responsibilities and Job Requirements:

• Own your role at the property and serve residents with excellent customer service
• Complete resident and property service requests
• Experience with or desire to be in a supervisory role
• Skills in areas such as:
• HVAC, painting, plumbing
• Pool maintenance, groundskeeping, appliances
• Drywall, minor carpentry, heat pumps, etc.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude and demeanor
• EPA or CPO certification is a plus!
• Must have a valid Driver’s License
• Respond promptly to resident service requests
• Participate in preventative maintenance, including pool, exterior lighting, filter changes, and apartment inspections
• Keep work area, tools, and equipment clean; care for and inventory supplies and equipment owned by the property or management company
