Benefits and Compensation

• Hourly Pay: $25.92 per hour
• Certification Bonus of $100 for each New ASE Certification Obtained up to $700
• Quarterly Bonus: Ryder Pays you up to $500 Every Quarter - Four Times Per Year
• Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday
• Hours: First Shift 8:00 am – 4:30 pm

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Vocational or Technical Certification, preferred
• Basic tools required
• Experience in mechanical repair of automotive gas or diesel engines, including routine maintenance
• Two or more years of related experience or training preferred
• Valid CDL Class A preferred, with ability to obtain within 6 months
• Must pass Ryder drug test, DOT physical, road test, background, and motor vehicle checks
