Job summary

Trinity Property Consultants in Portland, OR is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee complex building systems across a 300+ unit multifamily community. You will lead a maintenance team, manage schedules, bids, and cost‑effective projects, and ensure safety and compliance.

Your leadership, problem solving, and hands‑on experience will drive efficiency and service quality while you develop staff and collaborate with residents and partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of Facilities Maintenance experience in Multifamily or Hospitality.
• Advanced experience in two or more trades: electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting, etc.
• Working knowledge of appliances required.
• Experience working at a multifamily community with 300+ units.

Responsibilities

• Set scope, budget tracking, schedule, and manage subcontractor/vendor bidding and execution.
• Anticipate problems and implement preventive actions for safety and operations.
• Lead maintenance team scheduling, duties, and performance.
• Direct all work orders and unit turns with strong customer service.
• Conduct unit inspections and maintain documentation.
• Maintain basic tool inventory and cost-effective supply usage.
• Pre-diagnose and troubleshoot building systems before repairs.
• Repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, and more.
• Handle on-call service requests and emergency calls as needed.
