Job summary

The NRP Group LLC in San Juan is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations across our apartment community. Under the Community Manager, you will coordinate repairs, upkeep, and preventative maintenance to ensure curb appeal and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; CFC Universal Certification.
• Sufficient knowledge to complete maintenance assessments to supervisor standard.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all maintenance of the community and repairs.
• Schedule preventative maintenance, inspections, and safety checks.
• Maintain records and reports per NRP policy.
• Walk property daily to uphold curb appeal and safety.
• Coordinate apartment turns and renovations.
• Manage inventory and supplier bids; track invoices.
• Lead safety meetings and enforce compliance.
• Support Community Manager and training of team.
