Job summary

NRP Group is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for a market-rate property in Silver Spring, MD. You will oversee all maintenance operations, ensure curb appeal, and respond to resident requests while coordinating turnovers.

The role requires 5+ years of maintenance experience in multifamily housing, plus strong computer skills and familiarity with Yardi and MS Office. Excellent customer service and safety adherence are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and CFC Universal Certification.
• At least 5+ years of maintenance and repair experience in apartment communities.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office; Yardi experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all aspects of maintenance of the community.
• Schedule and perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and janitorial services.
• Maintain accurate records for all required reporting and record keeping.
• Walk the property daily to uphold curb appeal and monitor safety issues.
• Coordinate apartment turns and assist with resident move-outs and renovations.
• Monitor expenses and recommend cost-saving measures for the community.
• Manage inventory and equipment, ensuring timely service requests.
