Job summary

LHP Capital, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Overlook Ridge Apartments, a 200-unit affordable property in Nashville, TN. You will lead the maintenance team, manage work orders and turns, and uphold safety and quality standards across the property.

This hands-on leadership role requires prior apartment maintenance experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to train and guide staff. On-call rotation is required, with opportunities for growth and professional development.

Qualifications

• Experience in apartment maintenance is preferred.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• HVAC certification or EPA certification is preferred; training available.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance operations for Overlook Ridge Apartments.
• Oversee work orders, apartment turns, curb appeal, and ongoing maintenance projects.
• Provide guidance to Maintenance Technicians and Custodial staff.
• Ensure safety, quality, and accountability in all tasks.
• Participate in a shared on-call rotation based on property size and location.
