Brookfield is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance staff at a large multi-use complex. You will perform routine building repairs, manage preventive maintenance programs, and ensure timely completion of work orders.

The role requires coordinating with management and vendors while maintaining a professional image. Responsibilities include basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and locksmith duties, plus handling after-hours emergencies and tenant interactions.

Qualifications

• Candidate must perform basic trades to maintain building systems.
• Ability to supervise maintenance staff and coordinate with vendors.
• Must follow policies and maintain professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Provide minor repairs and routine maintenance in common/tenant areas.
• Oversee preventive maintenance and schedule work orders.
• Understand BMS/HVAC operations and monitor equipment.
• Coordinate outside vendors when needed and manage after-hours calls.
• Perform basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and locksmith tasks.
• Assist in promotions set-up and related materials.
