Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid government ID required.
• Must join union at property if applicable.
• Must attend 32 BJ designated training or as required by management.

Responsibilities

• Provides minor repairs and standard maintenance on building systems and equipment in common and tenant areas.
• Interact with tenants to address maintenance needs.
• Oversee preventive maintenance per established program.
• Understand operation of BMS related to HVAC.
• Schedule and complete maintenance work orders; update equipment/building info.
• Supervise material setup for promotions and events.
• Provide basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and carpentry repairs.
• Respond to after-hours emergency calls as needed.
