Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Extensive hands-on maintenance experience in apartment or multi-family settings preferred.
• EPA/HVAC certification or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled maintenance duties including inspection, diagnosis, troubleshooting, repair, and servicing of equipment and building facilities.
• Complete resident work orders and preventative maintenance with detailed records.
• Coordinate work with residents, staff, and managers and communicate progress.
• Operate manual and electrical tools and handle chemicals and supplies safely.
• Maintain OSHA safety standards and environmental health practices.
• Assist in turnovers, evictions, and custodial tasks as needed.
