Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Extensive hands-on maintenance experience required, especially in apartment or multi-family setting.
• EPA/HVAC certification or certification in related skilled areas preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of skilled maintenance duties including inspection, diagnosis, troubleshooting, and repair across all properties.
• Handle work orders, unit turnovers, and basic custodial tasks.
• Coordinate with property manager and team on status of work in progress.
• Operate tools and equipment safely and maintain organized storage areas.
• Ensure OSHA safety standards are applied in daily operations.
