Old-Castle-Building-Envelop in Dallas is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team across mechanical, electrical, and automated equipment in extrusion and anodizing operations. You will drive proactive maintenance and minimize downtime under the Maintenance Manager.

You are detail-oriented, reliable, and a problem solver who mentors staff and promotes continuous improvement. The role supports safety and environmental standards while delivering measurable performance gains.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in maintenance supervision in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with extrusion and anodizing is preferred.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Familiar with Lean, Six Sigma, and TPM methodologies.
• Willing to work weekends when needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Maintenance team and deliver reactive and proactive multi‑skilled maintenance across mechanical, electrical, and automated equipment.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of maintenance work while reducing downtime.
• Implement and track KPIs and ensure adherence to safety and environmental standards.
• Drive technical excellence and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Mentor team members and promote modern manufacturing practices.
