Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a maintenance team across extrusion, anodizing operations, and related processes. You will drive proactive maintenance, manage reactive repairs, and partner with leadership to improve MTBF and downtime metrics.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in maintenance supervision or management in a manufacturing environment.
• Extrusion and anodizing experience strongly preferred.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Familiar with Lean, Six Sigma, and Total Preventive Maintenance (TPM).
• Willing to work weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead the maintenance team and deliver reactive and proactive multi-skilled maintenance across mechanical, electrical, and automated equipment.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of maintenance work while improving site operational effectiveness and downtime reduction.
• Implement and track KPIs to support operational goals and safety/environment standards.
• Drive technical excellence by supporting continuous improvement, enforcing standard policies and maintenance processes.
• Mentor and guide team members with a culture of continuous improvement and modern manufacturing practices.
