Job summary
Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team in providing reactive and proactive service. The role reports to the Manufacturing Manager and focuses on safety, quality, and reliability across all equipment.
The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, a proven work ethic, and problem-solving skills. This position offers growth within the Maintenance Department of a leading building products company.
Qualifications
- Experience with troubleshooting, repair, overhaul and operation of high-speed production machinery.
- Experience with industrial electrical equipment, CNC, PLCs/Driver and motors.
- Basic understanding of pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
- Flexible work schedule including weekends as necessary.
Responsibilities
- Lead the site Maintenance team in providing both a reactive and proactive, multi-skilled maintenance service on all operational equipment.
- Manage breakdowns of mechanical, electrical and automated equipment.
- Oversee adherence and timely completion of work; drive KPI's ensuring health, safety and environmental requirements are met.
- Mentor and lead the department; implement continuous improvement and modern manufacturing principles.
