Richman Property Services, Inc. is seeking a full-time Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team at Aspire at Church Street in Norfolk, VA. The role oversees daily repairs, unit turnover, and service requests to ensure timely, high-quality maintenance and resident satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of multifamily maintenance experience, EPA certification, and a valid driver’s license. Yardi experience is a plus, and company benefits include cell phone allowance and

Qualifications

• 4+ years of maintenance experience in multifamily properties with supervisory or lead responsibilities.
• EPA Section 608 Type I and II or EPA Universal certification and a valid driver's license are required.
• CAMT and CPO certifications may be required within the first six months; Richman Property Services will pay for these if applicable.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily repair and upkeep of the property.
• Manage preparation of vacant units for occupancy within deadlines.
• Administer service requests and ensure timely completion.
• Maintain curb appeal and overall cleanliness of buildings and grounds.
• Interview, screen, and recommend maintenance staff and grounds personnel.
