Job summary

Richman Property Services, Inc. is seeking a full-time Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance team at a 431-unit residential community in Stamford, CT.

The role requires hands-on leadership, on-call rotation, and ensuring timely repair, unit turnover, and safety compliance. Qualified candidates will have EPA 608 Type I and II or Universal Technician license, 4+ years in maintenance roles, and experience with Yardi software; benefits include medical plans, 401(k) with employer match,

Qualifications

• Minimum four (4+) years maintenance experience as a Maintenance Supervisor, Maintenance Superintendent, or Maintenance Technician II.
• Experience managing maintenance operations in apartment communities.
• CAMT and CPO certifications may be required within the first six (6) months of employment.
• EPA Section 608 Type I and II or EPA Universal Technician license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily repair and upkeep of the property.
• Manage the preparation of vacant units for occupancy within established deadlines.
• Manage service requests and response times to ensure completion within deadlines.
• Maintain logs and records; report unusual circumstances regarding the property.
• Ensure OSHA standards are met and a safe work environment is maintained.
• Interview, screen, and recommend candidates for maintenance or grounds positions.
