Gwr-Management-LLC in Pensacola, FL is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor with multi-family experience to lead the maintenance team and oversee repairs and preventive maintenance across the community.

The role involves hands-on duties, staff supervision, coordinating with the Property Manager, and ensuring high standards while managing budget, safety, and resident requests.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of verifiable hands‑on maintenance experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry
• EPA or CFC certification required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work after hours and handle emergency calls

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on maintenance of the community and supervise staff
• Ensure prompt, courteous handling of service requests and resident concerns
• Prepare market-ready apartments, including painting and cleaning
• Train and supervise maintenance staff; assist in hiring and performance reviews
• Conduct regular community inspections and report status weekly/monthly
• Recommend repairs or replacements for interior/exterior areas
• Maintain the property budget and monitor the Budget Control Ledger
• Perform preventative maintenance and document activities
• Respond to on-call emergencies and assist with capital projects
• Maintain safe work practices and proper use of tools and equipment
• Keep grounds and common areas clean and free of debris
• Represent the company professionally to residents and staff
