Job Details

Responsibilities

• Supervising and coordinating the activities of the maintenance team.
• Performing routine and preventative maintenance on all aspects of the building, including HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical systems.
• Conducting regular inspections of the properties to identify and resolve issues.
• Training staff in the use of hand and power tools and ensuring they are used safely and effectively.
• Coordinating with contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance or repair services.
• Responding promptly to maintenance emergencies and resolving them efficiently.
  
  

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in building or property maintenance, with a focus on multi-family properties.
• EPA/CFC Refrigerant certification is required (Type I and II, or Universal).
• Proven experience with plumbing, carpentry, and the use of hand and power tools.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
