Maintenance Supervisor - Blair at Bitters

We are a growing multi-family property management company, established in 2010, managing over 20,000 units, committed to servant leadership and top talent recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service operations and achieve operational goals.
• Complete work orders including repairs to appliances, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and more.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents.
• Train maintenance team members and support their development.
• Assist in recruiting and performance reviews.
• Manage maintenance shop organization and property appearance.
• Research and evaluate maintenance products.
• Schedule and supervise vendor work and manage work orders.
• Handle inventory, supplies, and equipment procurement.
• Maintain a safe, OSHA-compliant environment.
• Oversee unit turns and renovations within set timeframes.
• Assess damages during move-outs to prepare apartments for rent.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of maintenance experience, with 3 years in the apartment industry.
• Management experience required.
• EPA Universal certification required.
• Trade skills in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, painting, roofing, appliances, etc.
• Trade licensing preferred.
• Proficient with computers and basic software.
• Own tool kit required.
• Residence within 30 minutes of property.
• Dependable transportation and rotating on-call availability.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
