Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in maintenance in a manufacturing environment; or a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 2–3 years of manufacturing experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Supervisory experience in maintenance preferred.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; SAP knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Maintain environment, health, and safety as a priority.
• Set priorities for maintenance to minimize downtime and track KPIs.
• Coordinate with Production, Technical and other groups to complete work.
• Lead field supervision of technicians on daily work and outages.
• Manage backlog, material requisitions, and schedules; track equipment repair progress.
• Participate in equipment/process improvements and cost-control efforts.
• Oversee HVAC systems and refrigerant program; manage contractors.
• Respond to alarms and off-hour emergencies.
