Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Or a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering with 3+ years of maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of Routine Maintenance Program (RMP) and safety policies.
• Strong safety and environmental awareness.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and safely execute maintenance work for rotating equipment.
• Plan work-orders in SAP with proper hours and descriptions.
• Coordinate materials according to specifications.
• Schedule activities to optimize workforce and plant resources.
• Maintain equipment history and PM records.
• Lead safety meetings and investigations.
• Ensure compliance with PM schedules and safety requirements.
• Supervise personnel and enforce maintenance processes.
