Responsibilities

• Directs maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution for rotating equipment.
• Ensure SAP work-orders have proper coding, hours, and descriptions.
• Coordinate materials requisition per job specifications.
• Plan and schedule maintenance to optimize workforce and resources.
• Identify opportunities to improve plant reliability and efficiencies.
• Review material requisitions, work plans, and schedules for full utilization.
• Organize safety meetings, audits, and incident investigations.
• Maintain equipment and maintenance histories.
• Monitor priority database to align with PM schedules and safety concerns.
• Ensure safe and efficient execution of all maintenance activities.
• Supervise personnel to ensure adherence to maintenance processes.
