Job summary

Qualifications
- 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
- 2+ years of supervisory or lead maintenance experience.
- Experience in metals recycling or heavy industrial operations preferred.
- Experience with heavy mobile equipment and hydraulic systems strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead safety initiatives and enforce safety policies across maintenance activities.
- Supervise maintenance technicians, welders, and other staff; plan and assign daily work.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
- Maintain and monitor preventive maintenance programs and CMMS records.
- Oversee maintenance of processing and mobile equipment and coordinate parts purchasing.
