Sunshine Minting, Inc. seeks a Maintenance Manager to lead the Maintenance Department and ensure peak operation of all equipment used in metal fabrication, including furnaces and presses.

You will drive proactive maintenance, mentor staff, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years in industrial maintenance with at least 2 years in supervision, plus strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years industrial maintenance experience, with 2+ years in supervision.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for mechanical, electrical, hydraulic systems.
• Experience leading a maintenance team and implementing PM programs.

Mansioni

• Lead the Maintenance Department to maximize uptime and productivity.
• Develop proactive and predictive maintenance processes for equipment.
• Coach and develop maintenance staff; drive training and safety.
