Job summary

Atrium is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for Manufacturing Operations to lead a team, ensure equipment reliability, and maximize uptime in a fast-paced facility.

You will drive continuous improvement, coordinate maintenance planning, and collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and contractors to support production goals. A strong background in PM/PdM, CMMS, and safety is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of maintenance supervisory experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of PM/PdM programs and preventive maintenance.
• Experience using CMMS systems for maintenance planning and tracking.
• Understanding of Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
• Demonstrated leadership coaching and development of maintenance teams.
• Strong safety practices and knowledge of regulatory requirements.
• Experience planning, scheduling, estimating, and coordinating maintenance activities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Conduct safety training and job hazard reviews.
• Ensure maintenance activities meet quality, regulatory, and food safety standards.
• Support Management of Change (MOC) processes.
• Lead and develop Electrical & Instrumentation Technicians and other staff.
• Provide technical troubleshooting for equipment/process issues.
• Coordinate technician schedules and prioritize daily tasks.
• Plan and oversee preventive/predictive/corrective maintenance programs.
• Manage major equipment shutdowns and maintenance projects.
• Coordinate activities with Operations and third-party contractors.
• Investigate equipment failures, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Lead reliability and process improvement initiatives to boost performance.
• Support capital projects and monitor contractor performance.
