Job summary

Atrium in Nashville, TN seeks a Maintenance Supervisor - Production Operations to lead maintenance personnel ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient production. You will manage maintenance schedules, oversee parts procurement, and provide technical troubleshooting for complex equipment.

Qualifications include 3–5 years of supervisory industrial maintenance experience, knowledge of PM, PdM, CMMS, and TPM, plus strong safety and leadership skills. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in industrial maintenance.
• Proficient knowledge of PM, PdM, CMMS, RCM, and TPM.
• Strong grasp of engineering principles and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison for equipment issues and repair prioritization.
• Collaborate with maintenance staff to cover scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.
• Lead root cause analysis and troubleshooting to reduce downtime.
• Facilitate daily safety briefings and promote safety compliance.
• Recruit, train and supervise maintenance personnel.
• Support development of preventive maintenance programs.
• Attend daily operations meetings to provide maintenance updates.
• Maintain asset records to optimize maintenance efficiency.
• Ensure tools and parts availability with inventory management.
• Communicate repair progress to vendors and management.
• Assist audits related to maintenance activities.
• Champion continuous safety improvements and incident investigations.
