About The Job

At Danone, manufacturing the best products and supplying them to meet demand is a key driver for our plant teams. We are currently hiring a Maintenance Supervisor (internally called Maintenance Leader) based in our Dallas, Texas beverage manufacturing facility. In this role, you will be responsible for the equipment maintenance plan and breakdown analysis execution of an assigned line. You will champion equipment reliability and performance and be part of the line trio with 24/7 ownership of the production line, along with a Process Engineer and Production Line Leader.

Responsibilities and Tasks
  1. Review and prioritize work orders and notifications within 24 hours of generation.
  2. Ensure the work order backlog is current and properly sorted for reporting.
  3. Lead daily reviews of previous job completion results, maintenance activities, and daily plans, adjusting plans as needed.
  4. Support and coordinate planned stops, integrating work orders and maintenance tasks into the plan.
  5. Schedule maintenance work for the upcoming week and month, aligning with the annual maintenance plan.
  6. Optimize startup, shutdown, and major maintenance interventions in collaboration with the Line Leader/Process Engineer.
  7. Ensure updates to Maintenance Technical Documentation are made as necessary.
  8. Create One Point Lessons (OPL) and train line team members in maintenance activities.
  9. Develop and update the annual maintenance plan and calendar.
  10. Track and review maintenance KPIs and in-process measures, sharing results with leadership.
  11. Monitor the health of Preventative Maintenance (PM), Daily Management System (DMS), and other performance indicators, recommending corrective actions.
  12. Develop improvement plans based on maintenance indicators.
  13. Follow Change Management procedures for equipment design changes and updates.
  14. Ensure maintenance documentation and schematics are accurate and accessible.
  15. Collaborate with storeroom to manage parts inventory and identify obsolete or off-quality parts.
  16. Provide feedback on new equipment and line speed changes, participate in vendor testing and project work.
  17. Support the PM pillar team and own site PM system as required.
  18. Support coaching and development of maintenance leaders across the network.
  19. Achieve SQCDMN goals through individual and team efforts.
  20. Adhere to safety standards (WISE) to maintain a safe working environment.

About You
  1. Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field preferred; alternatively, 3-5 years manufacturing experience with technical aptitude and leadership.
  2. Knowledge of maintenance planning and scheduling systems.
  3. Experience troubleshooting electrical, electronic, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
  4. Strong analytical, problem-solving, influencing, and communication skills.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP.
  6. Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work in a fluid environment, including supporting 24/7 operations with overtime and shift work.
