Short Intro and About the Job

At Danone, manufacturing the best products and supplying them to meet demand is a key driver for our plant teams. We are currently hiring a Maintenance Supervisor (internally called Maintenance Leader) for our Dallas, Texas beverage manufacturing facility! In this role, you will be responsible for the equipment maintenance plan and breakdown analysis execution of an assigned line. You will champion equipment reliability and performance, working as part of a line trio with a Process Engineer and a Production Line Leader, with 24/7 ownership of the production line.

Responsibilities and Tasks
  • Review and prioritize work orders and notifications within 24 hours.
  • Ensure the work order backlog is current and properly sorted.
  • Participate in daily meetings to review job completion results and adjust plans accordingly.
  • Support and coordinate planned stops, integrating work orders and maintenance tasks.
  • Schedule maintenance work weekly and monthly based on plans and previous work.
  • Optimize startup and shutdown procedures with Line Leader/Process Engineer.
  • Update maintenance technical documentation as needed.
  • Create One Point Lessons (OPL) and train line teams in maintenance activities.
  • Develop and update annual maintenance plans and calendars.
  • Track and utilize maintenance KPIs and in-process measures to improve equipment reliability.
  • Monitor Preventative Maintenance (PM), Daily Management System (DMS), and other indicators, recommending corrective actions.
  • Develop improvement plans based on maintenance data.
  • Follow Change Management procedures for equipment modifications.
  • Ensure technical documentation and schematics are accurate and accessible.
  • Collaborate with the storeroom on parts inventory and delivery.
  • Provide feedback on new equipment or line speed changes.
  • Participate in vendor testing and project work on new equipment.
  • Support the PM pillar team and own site PM systems as needed.
  • Support and develop maintenance team members, coaching them on IWS practices.
  • Achieve SQCDMN goals through individual and team efforts.
  • Maintain adherence to safety standards (WISE) for a safe working environment.
About You
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field preferred; alternatively, 3-5 years manufacturing experience with technical aptitude and leadership.
  • Knowledge of maintenance planning and scheduling systems.
  • Experience troubleshooting electrical, electronic, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
  • Strong problem-solving, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP.
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work in a dynamic environment.
  • Self-directed with minimal supervision.
  • Flexible to support 24/7 operations, including overtime, graveyard shifts, and weekends.
