Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician at The Airedale in Charlotte, NC. You will perform inside and exterior maintenance to meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality, including diagnose, repair, and preventive tasks.

You will manage make-ready processes for vacant units, coordinate with vendors, and perform routine maintenance while upholding high customer service standards for residents and colleagues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or related experience and training.
• EPA certifications required for HVAC work (Type I/II or Universal).
• Must have a valid driver's license and ability to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair defects in resident units and community systems per policies and safety standards.
• Oversee and complete make-ready process for vacant units prior to leasing and move-ins.
• Maintain grounds, exteriors, interiors, signage, and common areas to Greystar standards.
• Inspect work by team members and contractors to ensure quality and compliance.
• Assist in budgeting for regular repairs and capital projects and manage inventory.
