Responsibilities

• Lead, monitor and develop the maintenance business process to meet safety, environmental and production goals.
• Schedule daily, weekly and long-term maintenance or repair of processing equipment including autoclaves and boiler.
• Coordinate inspections, service and repair of all facility equipment and structures.
• Manage CAPEX construction projects within budget guidelines.
• Supervise maintenance staff and provide on-the-job training.
• Purchase materials and equipment via electronic Purchase Order system.
• Monitor spare parts inventory and supplies.
• Support safety program and training.
• Contribute to improvements to eliminate problems with new components and technology.
• Perform other related duties.
