Job summary

Stella Jones Corporation in Fayetteville, TN, seeks a Maintenance Supervisor (Finance) to lead a maintenance team, coordinate safety, and drive reliability across plant equipment.

You will manage PM/ PdM, CMMS, budget, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and union-represented staff. Strong leadership, planning, and communication are essential; overtime and on-call work may be required.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing/industrial maintenance environment.
• Experience supervising a unionized or represented workforce strongly preferred.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Operations/Maintenance Management, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience with preventive and predictive maintenance programs, maintenance planning, reliability practices, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop maintenance team members to enhance department efficiency, reliability, and effectiveness.
• Coordinate and deliver onboarding, training, and ongoing education on safety, equipment, quality expectations, and company policies.
• Establish maintenance priorities based on safety, operational requirements, production schedules, equipment condition, and business impact.
• Collaborate with the maintenance planner to develop and execute daily, weekly, and planned-shutdown PM and PdM plans.
• Manage spare parts inventory and safety stock based on equipment criticality, lead times, cost, and impact.
• Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, and external contractors to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues promptly.
