Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or associate degree in a related engineering/management field preferred.
• Three to five years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing/industrial maintenance environment.
• Experience supervising a unionized workforce preferred.
• Demonstrated experience with preventive and predictive maintenance programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead a maintenance team to enhance department efficiency, reliability, and safety.
• Coordinate onboarding, training, and safety education for staff.
• Administer CMMS for work orders, inspections, and compliance documentation.
• Develop maintenance plans (PM and PdM) and schedules with the maintenance planner.
• Manage spare parts inventory and budget with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, and external contractors.
