Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a maintenance role in a heavy manufacturing environment.
• At least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of machinery, equipment, and systems in a manufacturing setting (e.g., CNC machines, conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatics).
• Solid understanding of safety standards and regulatory compliance in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management.
• Schedule and prioritize maintenance activities to minimize downtime and maximize production efficiency.
• Ensure team training on equipment, safety procedures, and maintenance best practices.
• Drive MOS maintenance program to reduce the risk of equipment failures.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues and provide technical support as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance schedules, and downtime for continuous improvement.
• Drive PM compliance and 5S programs.
• Collaborate with production to schedule maintenance activities that minimize impact on production schedules.
• Report on maintenance performance, equipment reliability, and any issues to upper management.
• Ensure compliance with TS16949 and ISO14001
